Evening jogs do wonders. Try it out! It really works. Remember start small but with intent- consistency. As long as you increase your heart beat safely.

From a daily perspective the health benefits are enriching. Feel fresher, healthier & fitter cause you’d be if only you tried.

Just remember not to quit. Willing to give it a go? Start today.

Well it depends on your age & medical condition. I too, walk long distances after work a 2-3 days consecutively.

For me, I’m young, I do jogging but at slow pace, for shorter distance, sporadically. With rests in between- that's walking. Then I go again. Pushing slowly. Each day getting stronger. Eventually, I do carve up serious yardage.

However, I cannot stress this out even more but it's really important to reheydrate & have a balanced meals afterwards.

Don’t forget to get the electrolytes (Gatorade) in as they help tremendously to reviltise your body fluids.

I try to go to the gym at least two times a week for an hour or so each time. I’ve built up my upper body strength a bit, and i’m maintaining a steady weight, not the weight i’d like to be, but at least I ain’t gaining.

I see your in control. Yes, so I’m guessing your bulking up. Swole v ripped? I use to prefer ripped but now stepped into a mature swole body type. Remember, not to abandon the lower body.

Otherwise, yes the upper body requires mental strength. It adapts quite fast. The lower body takes commitment, safety & awareness. Do you have separate lower or upper body sessions? Or do you, adjust & rotate training specific body parts?

I do that some times. For swole I do power sessions but also do the bikes & treadmill to keep my lungs healthy. I like CrossFit. I also do swimming & train my breathe underwater.

Yes thats true. Its great to see your interested. Feel free to discuss further. You could also consider playing sport. As it has great health benefits.

On the other hand, I just published my newest blog:

It's about the Top Gooners of football- soccer.

I do exercise a lot,it makes me physically fit.when I get up from bed I do some stretching and press up, then I normally go jogging too, exercising is very good this helps to increase my muscles and body stamina.

Straight outta bed?

Well I ❤️doing garden choirs & checking my gear for the days activities after a while then I do situps & pullups.

Then after, I also do lifts, squats, bench press & shoulders.

I always allocate adequate time for my “body to wake up” before I getting serious.

Yes, I also do stretches & skipping ropes for warming ups.

Have you ever tried doing weights?

💚 For me I am aiming for CrossFit physicue.

I am a fan of walking and jogging now. But during my younger days as a badminton player, I used to spend more than an hour on various exercises before starting the game. Those warm-up routines were compulsory; they improved my stamina, flexibility, and reflexes, and helped me perform better on the court.

I played Badminton once, it was great but also very tiring, whilst at high school. Very good for those who have plenty of energy. Back flicking my wrists until it hurts & practicing my shots. Cool game! It's a great game to keep fit. Do you play indoor or outdoors? As a play it outdoors.

I played indoors during my selection in state team with duck feather shuttlecocks. I played both, power game and deception that saves from over tiring but the opponent gets out of breath.

O yes, shuttlecocks they are tricky to handle. Ok have you tried swimming. Just you know, to boost your recovery & add stamina. It's a great total-body workout.
