Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Are you addicted to using AI tools?

I can't say that I am addicted to suing AI tools like ChatGPT or DeepSeek. However, I certainly depend a lot on these tools in my daily life. So, do you think that you are addicted to these tools? Many people are certainly addicted to these tools for sure.

I’ve become quite fond of using ChatGPT and Grok regularly. I also enjoy creating graphics with AI.

The word "addict" is so overrated that it's used all the time for things or actions that aren't addictive at all, like using AI. It's impossible to be addicted to using AI, haha, unless you're a complete idiot. In that case, you probably are, but if you're a normal person and not a total idiot, then no.

I call AI an intruder taking away our ability to do things ourselves. With more and more intrusion we will soon see human being as puppets.

The only use I make of AI is when I want some information and I will compare it with other Inernet Sites.

I do not think that human beings will become puppets of AI. There are many people who still do not use AI, even in the modern era. However, the usage of AI shall increase by the passage of time. Right now many people in developed countries and many educated people use AI. Many people still do not use AI in my country.

My belief is if one does not use one's brain those dreadful diseases - Amnesia, Dementia and Alzheimer's will lurk around, specially when it comes to seniors who already are victims because of their age

I would describe my habit the same way you did: it feels less like an addiction and more like muscle memory for cutting out tedious work. When I'm writing Python or TypeScript, using an AI assistant to generate repetitive test data or regex patterns is just part of my normal workflow now.

That said, I still make a point of writing core backend architecture and tricky WebRTC signaling logic by hand so my problem-solving skills stay sharp.
