Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

We are living in a world where many people might be silently suffering from various mental health problems. We may never know what others might be going through. Mental health is just as I portant as physical health of people. So, what can be done to improve mental health?

For me, hiking, trail running, and cycling help me.

Writing also helps me a lot.

I suffer from mental health issues occasionally, but what’s helping me is to remember to live in the moment and fixate on what’s currently going on and not the past or future that haunts me.

It is of essence to seek therapy if you are trying to help your mental health. You should do away with triggers. Leave a place that will affect your mental health and don't forget to seek counselling if need be.

Therapy is not the only option, there are some natural exercise you can do to improve your brain and mental performance, sleeping is one of them, stay away from a noisy area, therapy may be too expensive for an average person.
