I installed the Postloop plugin/add-on, but it still says my forum isn’t connected to Postloop.

Do I have to wait for it to be manually approved, or is there something else I need to do? I also ordered some credits.

I’ll take a look this afternoon. I suspect there is a connection issue with our XF add on.

Did you apply the promotion code and just check to see how much it would cost, or did you place an order and make payment?

I know that if you use the code but do not complete payment, you may have to wait a little while to use the code again to be able to continue and process the payment to receive credits.

I thought I made payment before my forum was approved, but funds were never taken when I looked at my Paypal.

PayPal no longer provides this order. The checkout was left awaiting approval for at least six hours without a capture attempt or recorded payment.
