Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Duplicate Reservations

Hey,

I’ve noticed that someone is reserving posting slots multiple times. They have already been approved and completed their allocated slots for both Spark Promotion and ChatterSpace, but further down the posting jobs page, they have reserved additional slots again.

This means those extra reservations are holding up my credits even though the original slots have already been completed. I’ve also noticed similar reservations appearing in the expired jobs.

It would be great if this could be looked into, as the duplicate reservations are unnecessarily tying up my credits.

Thanks!

I have passed this on to Cedric, and he is now aware of the issue.

A duplicate block can be put in place to prevent this from happening, but it will not happen before the end of the weekend.

We have made contact with writers regarding this and have asked them to avoid reserving slots after they have just completed slots to avoid holding up the credits of the site owners.

If you do notice this still happening, please do let us know, but rest assured a fix is coming 🙂

When I check your listing, it does say this

Unused slots expire at the next midnight in Pacific/Auckland

Obviously, that would depend on when they took the listing and whether it was after that expiration time.

@Cedric Will be able to see more than me and know if it’s working correctly or still an issue.
