Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Feedback from a First-Time Postloop Customer

I wanted to provide some feedback as a first-time customer of Postloop.

So far, I've had issues with two different writers who haven't followed the instructions for their allocated parts of the work. In both cases, it has felt like they either didn't understand what they were supposed to do or simply chose to do things differently from what was requested.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I'm trying to be patient, but having this happen with two writers already has been quite disappointing. When you're paying for a service, you expect the people completing the work to follow the instructions and deliver what was requested.

I don't want this to come across as an attack on Postloop, but I do think it would be worth reviewing how writers are selected and whether they fully understand the requirements before taking on paid work.

Hopefully this is something that can be addressed, because I'd like to have a positive experience with Postloop and continue using the service.
