Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Daily Obsession: Coffee

That early morning sip of hot coffee hits the spot & instantly changes the mood. Whether it's a strong espresso, latte, or simple black coffee, everybody has their own favourite. What is your favourite & at what time do you indulge the most?

I am a tea drinker and used to be quite addicted But now I just have one mug early in the morning that starts my day

I can understand & relate to that. There is something comforting about a simple “cuppa” tea to kick-start the day without overloading it. Has your taste changed?Do you cutback? Or do still enjoy the same favourite blend? Do you consider crackers or take your “cuppa” separately?

I drink straight black dark coffee daily.

I’ve drunk it for as long as I can remember. Yes, since I was a very small child.

I drink about 6 to 8 cups a day. I’m still drinking like 2 gallons of water, though.

Wow, your daily coffee intake is indeed a lot. Plus the amount of water you drink afterwards, I’d guess it usually puts you to sleep?

By chance, do you happen to take energy drinks as well? Energy drinks can be drunk with a lot of water too.

I on the other hand don't take energy drinks, or milky beverages. I prefer strong, pure drinks.

No energy drinks for me.

I don’t sleep well anymore, but it isn’t the coffee; it’s my testosterone dropping as I’m at that age. I’m just tired all the time.
