Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Global inflation and economical problems have created a lots of problems for real estate investors. Real estate business is not running smoothly in my country like it used to before. However, it could be possible that real estate business might be thriving in other parts of the world. So, is real estate business still relevant?

There is a limit to acquiring properity as there is only so much that is available while when it comes to other assets that is not the case. One will soon think of the Moon to look for property as what is available on Earth would be all 😄 booked

People tend to invest in property when they are generating a good sum of money, as the value of property could help hedge against inflation. However, there is a limit when it comes to appreciation of value of property. Not all properties are worth buying when they reach their peak.
