Do you like to eat spicy food?
Many people love to eat spicy food because spicy foodsimpky tastes awesome. Some people, however, never prefer spicy food at all. So, do you like spicy food? If yes, thrñ what kind of spicy food do you like?
I really enjoy spicy foods. Spicy ramen and spicy chips are definitely high on my list, and I’m also a big fan of spicy pizzas; especially anything in the hot chicken wing style. For me, the trick is finding spicy foods that still taste good once the heat kicks in.
I recently found a ghost pepper dip that I actually like, but that’s pretty rare. Once things get into that level of heat, a lot of products stop tasting like actual spices and start tasting more like chemicals. Meat products are the worst offenders; anything that brags about being “extreme heat” usually ends up tasting artificial, so I tend to avoid those.
I’m all for spice, but it has to have flavor behind it, not just burn for the sake of burning.

Many people love to eat spicy curry. Spicy food is a part of many traditions. I am quite sure that many people do not like spicy food at all. There are some disadvantages of eating spicy food. For example, people who eat spicy food regularly might experience dementia. This is a sad news for many people who like spicy food.

I’m not really sure about the supposed link to dementia. There was a big study that got reported as “spicy food causes dementia,” but when you actually look at it, the research was about curry eaters and focused on BMI, overall diet patterns, and lifestyle factors. There was basically no real attempt to isolate spices themselves as a cause. The news just grabbed the most dramatic angle and ran with it.
What’s funny is that there’s actually very little solid research on spices in general. Even basic things like how spicy foods affect gut health or GI issues aren’t well understood. Most of what people say about spice is based on assumptions, not actual data.
So until there’s real evidence, I’d take those headlines with a huge grain of salt. Spicy food has a lot of cultural history behind it, but the science around it is still pretty thin.

Yes I enjoy spicy foods but not too spicy where my mouth is burning up.

More or less, partly yes, partly no. I'm more of a sweet tooth, but I like savory food. I don't love it, but I do like it, so spicy food depends. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, but I'm not a big fan of spicy food at all.
I wasn't much of a spicy food fan until I read about the health benefits of chilies and one being that they are loaded with vitamin C. I add a few more chiies to the food that I cook these days

Spicy food might have disadvantages. However, some studies also link spicy food with human longevity as well and this is a good news. I reckon that ating spicy food sometimes would jot cause any kind of harm to humans.
