Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

How do you create a great web designing company?

Creating a great web designing company could be a really great idea, especially when you have exceptional graphic designing skills. You could even invest and start a company as well. This may require you to hire graphic designers and sales representatives as well. So, how do you create a great web designing company?

You need really good sales skills in order to make it into a GREAT web designing company. There are a lot of people out there with talent, but to get the big projects, you need to know how to sell it to a potential client.

My brother-in-law has been designing web pages for over 40 years, and he's almost ready to retire. He works hard, but mostly he's selling. He goes to trade shows quite often and is on the phone a lot with clients. He also does troubleshooting too, which takes up a lot of time, so you need to know how to figure out problems, but also make your customers happy.

I think that if you are planning to create your own graphic designing company, then you need to make sure that you hire a great sales team who can get clients for you. This niche is quite conoetitiv and this is why it is always quite important to market your profile. You could create your company's profile on platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork as well. This will certainly help you get more and more clients.

Eye-catching visuals get a client's attention initially, but from running my own one-person studio, phcodesage, what actually builds a lasting reputation is reliability after launch. Many agencies hand over a pretty mockup that loads slowly on mobile, breaks when the client updates text, or has nobody around when a bug pops up a month later.

Combining clean visual craft with fast page speeds, clear communication, and long-term platform stewardship, like I do for clients such as Exceed Learning Center, keeps referrals coming in.
