Many people do not think that hunting should be considered a sport. In fact, they just consider it a recreational activity. Some people call it a speot because it may involve competition between hunters. So, could hunting be considered a sport? What do you think?

Oh, very much so. With many forms of hunting, one must be in good, even peak, physical condition. This includes strength and stamina for when in the field. Then we get into marksmanship, with its own mental and physical demands. The sport can be a most invigorating exercise of mind and body, if one is prepared. :)

I think that hunting has been considered a sport by many people for a long time. Human beings have been hunting animals for a very long time. I am pretty sure that many people considered hunting a sport in the ancient times. What do you think?
