I think that certain cultures could certainly shape out beliefs when it comes to how we view paranormal activities. However, this might not always be the case. There are so many people who have encountered ghosts and they tend to start believing in ghosts, even though they initially disbelieved in ghosts. So, do you think that culture could have a huge influence on our paranormal beliefs?
