Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

DDoS attack refers to Distributed Denial of Service. It is one of the most common types of atta ka on a website and it can cause various problems for website owners. So, what can you do to stop it?

A DDoS attack basically floods your server with so much fake traffic from thousands of machines at once that legitimate visitors can't load the page. From a backend engineering standpoint, the single best defense for most website and forum owners is placing a reverse proxy like Cloudflare in front of your server and keeping your origin server IP address hidden.

On the application side, adding strict rate limiting on expensive API endpoints and login forms stops smaller floods from crashing your database.
