Would you ever start your own blog?
I started my own blog a long time ago. It was based on a free blog software. I really want to start a professional blog with great content and this is my future project. Regardless of that, I know that it is a really interesting thing to do so. So, any advice?
I recently began a blog based on AI and am doing it through Google Blogger. It has its limitations as far as designing the page, but hey, it's free. I try to make sure that I come up with one idea per day for the blog, and sometimes just schedule the posts ahead of time.

I think you are talking about Blogspot, am I right? I also created a blog using blogspot, but the free themes were really awful, so I had to stop using it. I have also used Weebly and it is always a good idea to have knowledge related to HTML when it comes to uploading a custom theme.
I have one but totally neglected☹️
I have 6 of them.
I have plans to start more. Blogging is really easy if you make time to write.
Forums are harder because you have to engage and constantly check back. Blogging is write > publish > promote > repeat.
Blog is still one of the best ways to build passive audience and income if you know what you are doing. I started my first blog years ago and even though indexing takes time, I wasn't relenting, I kept pushing. I am still on it because I got a couple of them. They are all monetised but the income is still insignificant
I started my own blog and the advice I get, and that’s shared here, is to find time to write. I haven’t had much time to spend on my blog but I know if I wrote consistently it would be much further along than it is now.
You should definitely go for that professional blog project! I publish technical case studies and project write-ups on my own site at phcodesage.github.io, and writing down how I solved a tough bug, like building my Jinjalume UI library or debugging WebRTC calls, has been one of the best ways to attract clients and fellow developers.
Even in an era of social media feeds, having a corner of the web that you completely own and control is worth the effort.
