Have you ever studied biology at school?

I have never studied biology at school. However, it was a kind of subject which was optional at school and I chose computer science over it. Biology students used to struggle a lot with the subject. So, have you studied biology at school?

I can't say that I studied biology at school, but we did do some things that you would have classed as being biology in science lessons at school.

I think nowadays, they tend to call it science, but you do more than just science with biology included.

I took Biology class in 9th grade (Freshman year) and had a love/hate relationship with it. The teachers were trying a new concept, where we didn't have lectures, we just read the book and then did a lab and then went to another class to be tested orally. It was awful most of the time because I retain things by hearing them sometimes instead of just reading. We had these cards that got punched when we passed and we had 3 chances to get it punched or our grade went down.

The fun part was that we got to sit wherever we wanted, so I always tried to sit by the boy I had a crush on!! He and I got into trouble for giggling too much and we were supposed to go to detention after school, but our names didn't get written on the chalkboard, so we didn't go...and nothing happened :D

Funny enough, I have a lot of good memory about biology but I think that was because of the oral test questions that others failed and I made a point to remember!

Biology is a really tough subject. It is really hard to study human cells, development of diseases, and how human body functions. We haven't discovered various different aspects of human body. I reckon that biology is a really fascinating subject, even though I have never studied it. Biology is the key to human longevity.

Yes, and for the basics it helped me understand how the most typical and basic animals we know reproduce, how the animal kingdom works, etc., etc., also cells and all that. I don't deny that to this day in my daily life it helps me to know this and not be completely ignorant on the subject, but nothing more than that.

We had a subject called Science in school that had a bit of everything. It is only in college that one had a choice and I chose Chemistry, Maths and Physics That bit of biology that I learnt in school was all about what goes on in our body

When I was in high school, my best subject was biology, my biology teacher usually took me home, and gave me some biology exams to mark and record as continue assessment.

Yes, I did biology in my high school years back. I stopped offering it on my ss2 as I didn't want to be a science student. But I still enjoyed the class during lessons though I had to dropped it afterwards.
