Have you ever meet or seen someone or are you that kind of person who finds it difficult to speak to ladies including online? I know it might be a tough task for some to talk face to face with a lady but easier online.

No, not really, though I don't spend any real time on the primary social media sites. But elsewhere, like forums and workplace chat systems, I have no issue interacting with female members.
