Do you have a food timetable?

I am not the type that cared much about having a food timetable as I always found it to be exhausting and something that I can't be able to keep up with. Do you think having such a timetable is really worth it?

Honestly I don't have any food timetable I cook food that I want to eat during the weekend and serve it in my fridge since am a bachelor I can go like a week without cooking any food .

But once am ready to cook I cook so many meals and food that can take me for the whole week

I do not have a specific food schedule. I tend to eat whenever I feel hungry. Having a food schedule may force you to eat, even when you are not hungry and ai do not think that it is a really great idea after all.

To also be truthful I have no food timetables but the issue is that there was a time I tried to develop one but each time I try to test it the food I put on next day will be the food that I feel like eating that same day so I have to stop that trash and stay real

I usually consume snacks at any time and this is one of the main reasons why I can't say that I have a specific timetable when it comes to consuming food. I usually consume chips, peanuts, and flavoured milk at any time. This is the primary reason why I do not have a timetable.

I don't also have food timetables because I eat randomly so I don't really have any plans to prepare timetables for any food.

But initially when I was in school I normally have food timetables because I have to manage almost everything on daily basis

Many people believe that it is healthy to have a food timetable because your body adjust to a specific timetable. I am not sure if this is really true or not. What I do know is that consuming less calories and consuming healthy food is always good for health 🙂

I am not sure what is meant by food time table If it is about timing then yes I am particular when I have my breakfast, lunch and snacks in the evening I do not have dinner but have a hot mug of milk and a boiled egg.

Any oeppe have a specific food timetable and this means that they vonsine foods at a specific time period after looking at the clock. I think that this could remodel our digestive system. Most people just eat whenever they feel hungry.
