Frankly how many litters of water do you drink daily ? We all know water is very good for health so you need to drink alot of water everyday,so how many litters of water do you drink everyday

Actually, I do not count how much water I drink daily. I just drink water whenever I feel thirsty. I know that there are various apps that can help you track how much water you drink, but I don't use them.

I definitely do not drink as much water as I should per day. At the moment I have been drinking about a litre of water each day and I am hoping to increase it slowly.

That is very good increasing it to 1 litters of water per day is very good raining season is fast approaching and I will reduce the way I use to drink water , right now I drink almost 2 litters of water daily but soon I believe it will reduce because raining season is fast approaching

I certainly drink a fair quantity of water, since I live in a city where temperatures can increase a lot. Under such circumstances, it is always a good thing to make sure that you drink a good amount of water every day. I drink around 750 ml of water each day on average.

One funny thing about water is that if you take it in large quantity it will be easy to reduce and limit the intake, but increasing it maybe like from 1-2littres is always hard but I still drink alot of water everyday it's keep me fresh and help in digestion easily

Well, there are cases where people have died from drinking excessive water. This is called water poisoning in simple terms. I once drank a lots of water and I had to vomit it out. Thank God I never suffered from water poisoning.

I am recommended 2 litres but I hardly feel thirsty and have to force it on me during the course of the day

Water is a ncessity to avoid dehhydration and we know what dehydration can do to our system. I have experienced that Dehydration can lead to worrying consequences.
