Absolutely. My favourite chair is on its third repair. There’s a story in keeping it going.

Running a blog

Have you ever run a blog? Do you still run a blog? I run several small blogs as I use the Wordpress multisite feature so all upgrades and updates are handled in one space and all blogs get updated at once.

Do you find blogs easy to run?

I have attempted to run blogs in the past, but have not always had the time to be able to keep up with them, and they have either been left or I have closed them.

I would like to get back to my blog that I opened over a year ago and then didn't have the time to add to. It is a blog for my video game content creation.

I started a blog this year using Blogger and it's not as exciting as other platforms. I don't want to take too long doing formatting, so mine is still extremely basic looking. My goal is to have one post scheduled for each day, and so far I've been able to achieve that.

I have a blog and initially I was all over it but now it is totally neglected.

I run 6 blogs today.

I blog about blogging, online communities, trail running, cycling, and hiking, and I have a personal blog.

I post once a week on each of them. I write every day to keep up.

I really enjoy blogging. It’s easy.

Using WordPress Multisite to handle updates across several blogs at once is a really smart time-saver. Instead of running multiple separate blogs, I keep my writing consolidated on my personal developer portfolio and GitHub, where I publish long-form case studies about tools and platforms I've shipped.

Having one central home makes it much easier for me to stay consistent without spreading myself too thin across half a dozen domain names that need constant maintenance.
