How do you manage stress in your line of work?
Working online comes with its own stress. As a freelancer, how do you get to cope with stress? Do you stay off work when the stress is becoming unbearable?
As a freelancer myself, when the stress becomes too much, I tend to walk away from it and do something else that I enjoy, such as listening to music in a quiet room or even jumping on and playing games that I enjoy.
I have in the past ignored the stress that my line of work brings, and it never ended well, and I ended up being severely burned out.
I manage stress in so many ways if am working I will set time for myself to rest this is how I manage stress after work I also have time which nobody have to disturb me even when am not sleeping I will stay indoors and have quit moment it's help me reduce stress and cope with life challenge

Having that time to yourself, where no one disturbs you, I feel, is important. I never used to get a chance to do this with having 4 kids, but now that they are all older, I can do this now when I need to, and it can help a great deal with stress.
I usually manage stress by relaxing on my bed. I usually watch YouTube videos whenever I take a break from work. This is the time when I usually feel much better than before. I also go out of my house sometimes to feel better.
