Easter
Do you celebrate Easter and what's your favorite thing about it? I don't care much for Easter anymore because of the cost of Easter Eggs nowadays.
Do you still buy Easter Eggs?
This Easter is going to be a little different as we lost two family members over the last 8 months. This year, it will be a quiet one, and my kids are all much older now, so they ask for money rather than Easter eggs for the most part, but sometimes my youngest asks for an Easter egg.
I love Easter and it's the biggest celebration for Christians. When I was a choir director, I had two choirs and the Adult Choir would sing at both of the church services, and the children's choir would sing at the later one. I really miss those days, and my current church doesn't have a choir because there isn't much interest in it.
This is probably the first year I didn't even get my daughter anything for Easter. I'll get her bulldog something instead.

So sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences. (We had a death in the family in February, so I get.)
As to OP's question, we do indeed celebrate Easter here. Other than going to church and hanging out with the family, there are activities with the wee ones. Not the least of which, yes, Easter Eggs.
